"Support got it sorted quickly"
I had an issue and reached out to support, and they were really helpful. I sent over the receipt email so they could check everything, and they got it fixed fast. Nice to deal with a team that actually responds.

"Pretty straightforward"
I don’t remember every single detail from setting it up, but I do remember thinking, “Oh, that was easier than I expected.” I was able to figure things out without much hassle, and that’s usually what sticks with me. Overall, really easy to use.

I ordered on Cafe Rio for pickup and, like I said, it was smooth. I got there a few minutes early and my drinks were already waiting with my name on them. The staff was nice too, just handed everything over quickly. Coffee tasted good, and like I said, there wasn’t any mix-up with the order. I’ll definitely use it again when I’m in a hurry

"Nice staff, just kind of average help"
Had a question on caferio.com. Nothing huge. Just needed a little help, so I reached out to their staff. They were nice about it, polite too, and they got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. I didn’t feel like I was annoying them, which I appreciated. But yeah... it wasn’t exactly amazing. More like friendly, but basic. I had to ask again before I got a clear answer. So overall, not a bad experience. Just okay.

"Pretty decent for the price"
I ordered from caferio.com the other day because I was just at home trying to get a few things done and didn’t feel like spending too much. it was decent for what I paid. It wasn’t anything perfect or super impressive, but the prices felt fair and the delivery was okay. I’ve definitely had worse experiences ordering online, so I’d probably use them again if I’m looking for something affordable.

"Pretty easy shopping experience"
I was able to find almost everything I was looking for on Cafe Rio. One item was out of stock, but i kind of expect that to happen sometimes. The site was simple enough to use, and the stock information seemed clear to me. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars.

"Not a great first impression"
This was a bad first impression. My food showed up late, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t really do much to help. I get that delays happen, but the lack of useful support made the whole experience even more frustrating.

"Kind of Flat for Coffee"
I really wanted this coffee to taste fresher, but it just didn’t do much for me. It wasn’t terrible, but the flavor was weak and had that slightly stale vibe. I tried making it a few different ways thinking maybe it was me, but nope, still barely any taste. Shipping was totally fine, so no issue there, but the coffee itself? Make it make sense, because it just wasn’t worth it for me.

I’m picky about my coffee, and this one actually holds up. It tastes fresh, doesn’t have that weird bitter aftertaste, and you can tell the beans are decent quality

"Decent, but the menu needs more attention"
The menu has some decent options, and it’s fine if you’re just grabbing something quick. But i expected a little more variety. It feels like the same types of drinks and snacks every time, so after a couple visits it starts to feel limited. I think they should really take customer feedback seriously and put more effort into freshening up the menu.

"Cozy Spot for a Coffee Break"
I really liked the atmosphere here. It felt calm and cozy without being too quiet, if that makes sense. It’s just a nice place to sit for a bit and not feel rushed. The whole place has this warm feel to it, and, uh, it made my coffee break way better. I’d definitely come back again.

"Everything came exactly right"
I ordered from caferio last week and the whole thing was super easy . Everything showed up just how I picked it , with no missing items and no random wrong flavors . I’ve had other sites mess up little details before , so it was nice that even the extra note I added was actually followed . Nothing fancy to complain about here , just accurate , simple , and I’d definitely order again .
